StudioSprite respects your privacy rights wherever you live. This page summarizes the choices and requests you can make, and how to exercise them.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). There is no opt-out to set because the data flow does not exist. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your account and associated personal data.
  • Port a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent for processing based on consent (e.g., analytics).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
  • Appeal a denial of a privacy request (where applicable).

How to Make a Request

Most requests can be handled from your account settings (export, delete account, update profile). For anything else, email privacy@studiosprite.app from the email address on your account, or include enough information for us to verify your identity. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days).

You may also authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require written authorization and may verify directly with you.

EEA / UK Residents (GDPR)

Our lawful bases for processing are described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA) — Categories Collected

In the past 12 months we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers (email, account ID, IP address).
  • Customer records (display name, billing record references).
  • Commercial information (subscription, credit balance, transactions).
  • Internet activity (log data, feature usage, error reports).
  • Geolocation (coarse, from IP only).
  • User-provided content (prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs).

Purposes, sources, and recipients are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.
