Sprite Sheet Slicer

Split a packed sprite sheet into individual frame PNGs (ZIP).

What it does

Reverses the Sprite Sheet Maker. Drop in a uniform sheet, set rows and columns, and the slicer cuts each cell into its own PNG and bundles them in a ZIP.

How to use it

1. Upload your sheet. 2. Enter Rows and Columns matching the grid. 3. Click Slice — download the ZIP of frames.

Pro tip

If your sheet has padding, run Resize first to trim. Mixed cell sizes won't slice correctly — sheets must be uniform.
